Who We’ve Worked With

Barry Bross

Barry Bross is an award winning Creative Executive with over 20 years experience in content production.  With a degree in TV/Radio/Film Production from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University, Barry launched his career by joining the On-Air Promo department at World Wrestling Entertainment.  He quickly ascended to Creative Director, leading the charge in WWE’s promotional and branding efforts for its global live and syndicated programming, new media initiatives, and sponsored marketing.  During his tenure, he was recognized with numerous Promax awards for writing, directing, integrated marketing, and brand building.
Barry ultimately left “the squared circle” and founded ElevenO2, a company committed to producing content that embraces story, amplifies core-value messaging, and strategically aligns brands with their target audience.  Under the EO2 banner, Barry has written, produced, and directed for powerhouse brands such as ESPN, Frito Lay, CBS Sports, Meredith Corporation, USA Network, Syfy, Metro by T-Mobile, NFL On-Location Experiences, truTV, Nickelodeon, BET, The Weather Channel, and Lagardere Sports and Entertainment.

Doug LeBow

Doug LeBow is an accomplished production and development executive who has been creating impactful content and live event experiences for over 25 years.  Beginning at World Wrestling Entertainment, Doug played an integral role in turning what was once a struggling media brand into a global entertainment phenomenon.

As Co-Creator of WWE’s in-house creative agency, Doug led multi-platform branding and marketing initiatives from the strategy and ideation process through execution.

He then transitioned to Vice President of Reality and Special Projects, and helped develop the programming content for the launch of World Wrestling Entertainment’s innovative OTT platform… the WWE Network. As Executive Producer, Doug oversaw WWE’s two flagship reality series… Tough Enough, and WWE Legends’ House.

Doug moved on to become Executive Producer for Broadway Video’s in-house production and design group, where he and his team created broadcast design packages, network rebrands and image campaigns for ESPN, NBC, CBS Sports, NatGeo, Don Mischer Productions, Matador Content, iHeart Media, Spotify, Facebook and many others.

In his current role as Executive Vice President at ElevenO2 Creative, Doug heads up creative development for content across all platforms.

Doug and Barry are currently developing a digital series for Red Bull Media House, producing promo campaigns for ESPN, directing for UFC’s Metro by T-Mobile Purple Couch series, and partnering with The Special Olympics.
